Intellectual Property Attorney

Our client, a major sports league, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented technology transactions attorney with 4-10 years of experience to join their legal team. This role involves negotiating and drafting contracts related to technology services, software, hardware, licensing agreements, and intellectual property rights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiation and Drafting : Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to technology services, licensing, intellectual property (IP), and other business transactions.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) : Provide legal counsel on technology-related issues during mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience : 4-10 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Bar Admission : Admitted to New York State Bar.

Compensation Range: $250,000 to $300,000 per year plus bonus.
