Financial Operations & Oversight: Ensure accurate execution of financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs.
Transaction Approval & Compliance: Review major financial transactions and ensure adherence to internal policies.
401(k) & Payroll Compliance: Manage 401(k) administration, tax filings, sales/payroll tax compliance, and audits.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison with external auditors, CPAs, banks, and regulatory agencies.
International Oversight: Manage financial operations for global offices, including London.
Accounts Payable, Receivable & Collections Strategy: Optimize collections policies and cash flow management.
Year-End Tax & Audit Preparation: Lead tax schedule preparation and regulatory compliance efforts.
