Job Description
ORIC Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to work closely with members of its Executive Committee to drive data-informed decisions, shape corporate strategy, and foster comprehensive investor relations outreach. Reporting to the CFO, this cross-functional role will collaborate directly with the CEO, CBO, and other executives to support two critical organizational functions: Strategic Finance and Investor Relations.
The ideal candidate will have background experience in biotech/biopharma as a banking/research analyst, investor or management consultant. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can operate independently, and is looking to accelerate their career through frequent interactions with senior biotech executives.

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in our San Diego location is between $250,000-$270,000 for a senior director level. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the title, type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.
