Luxury Real Estate General Manager Property Management

BUSHBURG is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a luxury 300+ unit asset in Brooklyn. With a range of $120,000 - $140,000 base, and significant bonus potential we are looking for a talented property leader to join our growing team.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Tenant satisfaction: Building strong relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and planning engaging community events.
2. Financial management: Overseeing budgets, collecting rent, and maximizing property profitability, Capex projects, and reviewing/approving expenses.
3. Property maintenance: Ensuring optimal property condition, coordinating repairs, managing the back of house team, mechanical systems and vendor relationships.
4. Team leadership: Supervising on-site staff, enforcing company policies, and contributing to a positive work environment.
5. Compliance: Staying updated on regulations, conducting inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
