Your role

We are looking for a Market Director to:

1. manage the daily responsibilities of multiple branch offices in the San Diego area
2. be responsible for financial results, overseeing cost and risk management
3. attract, recruit, develop and retain skilled talent
4. coach Financial Advisors and other team members, getting them the right training and making sure development measures are results-oriented and transparent
5. manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks

Detailed salary information :
The salary range for this role is $225,000 to $275,000. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You’ll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas in the San Diego area. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

1. ideally 10 years of experience with a leading financial institution
2. proven experience creating strong partnerships
3. FINRA registrations: series 7, 66 and 9/10
4. motivated, self-directed and driven
5. skilled at creating a positive business culture
