Objective of the Role
The Vice President of Sales will lead the global sales function, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new markets, and elevating the client journey. This executive will define and execute a world-class sales strategy, build and manage a high-performing team, and shape the brand’s expansion during a pivotal growth phase.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is an accomplished sales leader with significant experience in ultra-luxury environments, strong commercial instincts, and a deep personal network of UHNWIs. They combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, thrive in fast-moving settings, and understand how to build long-term client relationships at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a global sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Drive revenue growth through performance tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Optimize pricing models and high-value sales processes
- Expand direct sales, strategic partnerships, and UHNW-focused activations
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in key international markets
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing global sales team
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative sales culture with clear KPIs
- Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, product, and operations
- Oversee the end-to-end client experience, ensuring high-touch, personalized service
- Lead CRM strategy to improve client segmentation, outreach, and conversion
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality in all client interactions
Requirements
- 14+ years in luxury sales, including 7+ years in leadership
- Proven success in high-value sales to UHNWIs
- Global network of high-net-worth clients and partners
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Expertise in CRM and data-driven sales approaches
- Exceptional communication, discretion, and strategic planning
