Detailed Description:
The Assistant Director of Residential Education, Continuing Student Communities is a live-in position that focuses on fostering community and opportunities for growth and development in alignment with the timely needs of the Residential Life Team. This position is expected to evolve over time and may require shifting of focus to other residential populations once a successful program is established in the second-year communities. Reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Education, the Assistant Director supports the priorities and initiatives guiding the second-year residential experience, and provides overall leadership for the professional, paraprofessional, and student staff in these areas.
