HVAC Lead Installer

Overview

We are currently seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our Beutler team. We are a full-service Residential Heating & Air Conditioning contractor located in Sacramento, CA. We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to grow their career and financial earnings.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to national codes and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each job.

Compensation and Benefits

• $35.00-40.00/HR

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
• Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
