General Summary:

Knowledge & Skills:

Board design for WiFi and connectivity application and issue troubleshooting.

Overview

1. Well RF and communication knowledge.
2. Familiar with board design tools as ORcad, Allegro schematic and layout tools.
3. Familiar with board design and experience for WiFi card design. EMI certification includes: Optimize board performance to meet chip requirements and debug issues.
4. Tune RF parameters to meet WiFi standard specifications up to WiFi 7.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master in EE engineering with 2-3 years industry experience or above.
2. Good understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals, RF circuits, and RF performance metrics (Sensitivity, Intermodulation, Tx Power, ACPR, EVM, S-parameters).
3. Hands-on knowledge of RF instrument operation: Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power meters, Network Analyzers, etc.
4. Knowledge of statistical data processing using data analysis tools (Extensions, JMP, data power, etc.).
5. Experience working with WiFi products.
6. Well English communication skills including reading/writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years HW Engineering or related work experience with an EE degree. Good communication skills and personality to work with different teams.

Education Requirement:

Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is the minimum.
