Role Overview:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and secure the most qualified candidates across various functions, with a primary focus on building our digital marketing and sales teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on sourcing high-caliber candidates for roles such as Senior Digital Marketing Account Strategists and other key positions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Employer Branding: Drive employment branding initiatives to enhance PSAI's reputation as an employer of choice, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs, provide regular updates, and offer guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to monitor recruitment effectiveness, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment functions.
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
