We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Capital Markets professional to own the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of our warehouse financing and broader capital markets activities. This role is critical to optimizing our capital structure and supporting growth by ensuring efficient access to funding through institutional credit partners and investors. We are looking for team members who are passionate about contributing to the growth of a product that’s improving access to healthcare for all Americans.
In this role, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer on the Finance team, collaborating closely with Accounting, Strategic Finance, Credit and Legal. This role will be based at our headquarters in our San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization poised for significant growth.
Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing warehouse credit facilities, including ongoing borrowing base reporting, advance rate negotiations, and compliance with covenants.
• Lead deal execution processes across capital markets transactions, including warehouse expansions, loan sales, forward flow arrangements, and securitizations.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional lenders, ABS investors, and capital partners.
• Support pricing strategy and loan economics by partnering with credit, risk, and strategic finance teams.
• Help drive new capital formation initiatives to diversify funding sources.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations on transaction structuring and execution.
• Create investor presentations, data rooms, and manage due diligence processes.
• Stay on top of market trends, investor appetite, and macro indicators that impact cost of capital.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in structured finance, capital markets, treasury, or a related field — ideally with exposure to warehouse financing or securitization.
• Strong understanding of asset-backed lending and structured credit products.
• Ability to build and manage models that track borrowing base, cash flows, and waterfall mechanics.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with external lenders and internal cross-functional teams.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced fintech or lending environments is a plus.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
• Local to the Bay Area - HQ in San Francisco, CA
