The anticipated annual salary range for this position in San Francisco, CA, is $200,000-$260,000. In addition to standard benefits, the role may include contingent compensation based on performance and other factors. The salary range is Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate at the time of posting.

Job Requirements:

Our Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group seeks counsel to join our San Francisco office. The successful candidate will work on California civil litigation matters involving real estate issues.

Qualified candidates will have at least eight years of real estate and/or construction litigation experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage cases is essential. California Bar admission is required.
