We are seeking a National Voluntary Benefits Consulting Leader .

Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies and deliver solutions.
- Lead senior colleagues and teams in managing large and mid-market accounts.
- Develop and present strategies to clients and prospects.
- Ensure operational excellence and maintain strong relationships.
- Build professional networks and represent Mercer at industry events.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in Voluntary, Health, or Financial sectors.
- 5+ years as a Consultant with client management, sales, or benefits administration background.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Success as a thought leader in Voluntary Benefits.
- Leadership experience, integrity, and talent development.
- Ability to lead through change and leverage growth opportunities.
Mercer, part of Marsh McLennan, is committed to diversity, inclusion, and flexible work environments. We offer a competitive salary range of $151,000 to $302,500, with additional incentives and benefits. Applications are accepted until May 19, 2025.
