LPN Clinic Neurosurgery (1.0 FTE)

Shift: Day
Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)
Hours per Pay Period: 80 hours every two weeks (Non-Exempt)
Starting Wage DOE: $21.70 - 27.12

Under supervision, assists in patient care, works within scope of licensure, applies evidence-based practices, collaborates with the team, and maintains professionalism.

Essential Job Functions

• Supports and models behaviors aligned with Billings Clinic’s mission, values, and standards.
• Participates in care strategy development, providing data, setting goals, and supporting patient education.
• Implements and documents safe patient care according to policies and scope of license.
• Adheres to safety standards, anticipates problems, and initiates corrective actions.
• Maintains skills and knowledge related to equipment, pharmacology, and laboratory values.
• Uses performance improvement principles to enhance care quality.
• Communicates supportively and collaboratively with patients, families, visitors, and team members.
• Responsible for own professional growth and educational requirements.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Current state license as a practical nurse.
