Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Director of Sales Development to lead and expand our Sales Development team. The role involves driving pipeline growth, refining sales processes, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue operations. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in sales development, a passion for coaching, and a proven record of success in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement sales development strategies to increase qualified pipeline.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement teams on targets and campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing SDR team.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the team, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
- Identify and resolve team challenges proactively.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize team performance.
- Execute outbound prospecting best practices using scripts, email sequences, and social selling.
- Utilize sales technologies to enhance SDR processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales development or inside sales leadership, with at least 2 years in a second-line leadership role.
- Experience scaling SDR teams in high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and lead generation techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), engagement platforms (Outreach), and analytics tools (Tableau).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Data-driven strategic thinking with tactical execution skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B industries is preferred.

This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary range for US-based employees is $210,000 - $235,000 annually, depending on location.
