KPMG is seeking a Director in Enterprise Solutions for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of IT advisory engagements, specifically related to FICO, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
2. Lead SAP business process mapping.
3. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business cycle.
4. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel.
5. Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
6. Supervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff on assigned engagements.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of eight years of recent SAP applications experience, including at least one full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
3. Proven leadership, client management, and delivery skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships.
6. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
7. Travel may be required.
8. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship available for this role.
