Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy machine learning models for customer use cases with some level of supervision;
• Research state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms to advance Zoom’s product;
• Take ML models from research all the way to production;
• Collaborate effectively with other engineers on projects; and
• Integrate and support the Machine Learning (ML) services with product and operations teams.

What we're looking for:

• Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;
• Must have 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation;
• Must have 1 year of experience in Python;
• Must have 1 year of experience in one or more of the following: Natural Language Understanding, Natural Language Generation, Intent detection, topic modeling and segmentation, training/fine tuning large language models, transformer;
• Must have 1 year of experience in Machine Learning toolkits such as (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spacy, etc.);
• Must have 1 year of experience in distributed training and performance optimization on GPUs;
• Must have 1 year of experience in working on multi-modal ML;
• Must have 1 year of experience in Large-scale data processing and distributed systems;
• Must have 1 year of experience in Microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API, AWS.

Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. No domestic or international travel required.
