Salary Range
The full pay range for this role is $83,000 to $138,000 annually, with a target range of $95,000 to $115,000. Salary decisions are based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
Scope of Job
This role provides administrative support to the Legal Department and senior staff, requiring high organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Responsibilities include:
- Calendar management : Scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities.
- Document management : Creating, editing, and formatting legal documents.
- Communication : Handling correspondence and drafting responses.
- Meeting coordination : Preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
- Administrative support : Expense reporting, travel arrangements, and record-keeping.
- Relationship management : Building positive internal and external relationships.
- Legal department projects : Assisting with research, reports, and cross-team coordination.
- Continuous improvement : Suggesting process enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned .
Supervision/Support of Others
Reports to the General Counsel, who has 9 direct reports, including legal, insurance, health, safety, environment, sustainability, and compliance teams.
Working Conditions
- 95% office environment with frequent use of Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- 5% field support for meetings, litigation, and related activities.
Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of administrative experience or equivalent. Experience in legal settings is a plus.
