Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Global Real Estate Strategy Team to support our growth. This individual will manage strategic programs, portfolios, and operations as Salesforce scales its real estate worldwide, focusing on financial optimization and long-range planning, collaborating across internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and corporate real estate, with at least 7+ years of experience managing real estate budgets, including lease and non-lease costs. The Sr. Manager, Global Real Estate Strategy, will report to the Sr. Director of Real Estate Strategy.

- Support and lead initiatives across diverse, global, multicultural environments
- Develop effective relationships across all organizational levels and stakeholder groups
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in creating engaging executive presentations in Google Slides
- Understanding of corporate real estate processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
- Ability to articulate financial objectives, motivate teams, and align with business strategies
- Excellent analytical skills in planning and finance
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Leadership skills with experience in developing high-performance teams
- Effective interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and composure under pressure
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a solutions-oriented environment
- Strong business acumen in finance and operations, capable of simplifying complex issues and driving alignment
- Experience gathering data and analysis requirements across teams
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration; consulting experience is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years in Real Estate, Consulting, or Finance roles
