You Are:
Plume is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our brand, content, and community initiatives. This role requires a marketing leader with a deep understanding of crypto and blockchain ecosystems, a strong grasp of Web3 user engagement, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that drive Plume’s adoption and visibility.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing Plume’s global marketing strategy, enhancing community engagement, and positioning Plume as the premier blockchain for real-world assets. You will work closely with Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with Plume’s mission.

Overall Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that amplifies Plume’s mission and business objectives.

• Elevate Plume’s brand, ensuring strong positioning across all digital and offline channels.

• Drive growth and adoption of Plume’s ecosystem through content, social media, PR, and strategic partnerships.

2. Content & Community Engagement

• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, thought leadership pieces, and social media campaigns.

• Engage with and grow Plume’s community across Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and other key platforms.

• Organize and host Plume-focused industry events, AMAs, and community calls to foster ecosystem engagement.

3. Partnerships & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Support Plume ecosystem projects with their go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring brand alignment and amplification.

• Work with ecosystem partners, influencers, and KOLs to drive awareness and credibility.

• Develop marketing initiatives in collaboration with technology and business partners to enhance Plume’s ecosystem.

4. Public Relations & Thought Leadership

• Lead Plume’s PR strategy, working with external agencies and media outlets to secure high-profile coverage.

• Position Plume’s leadership as industry thought leaders through media appearances, interviews, and conferences.

• Drive awareness of Plume’s role in the RWA space through whitepapers, research, and industry reports.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ecosystem growth.

• Analyse campaign performance, community engagement, and brand sentiment to optimize future initiatives.

• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with strong experience in Web3.

• Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts, driving brand growth, and leading successful go-to-market campaigns.

• Understanding of blockchain technology, RWAs, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

• Strong writing skills with the ability to distil complex crypto concepts into compelling narratives.

• Experience growing and managing engaged crypto communities on Twitter (X), Discord, Telegram, and other platforms.

• Expertise in content marketing, PR, and brand positioning within the Web3 space.

• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure marketing performance and optimize strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
