Base pay range

$135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

The Role

In-office - 5 days/week

San Francisco

80% technical work

20% people / team management (these tasks still are tech-adjacent)

Requirements

• You have scaled a product to serve millions of users with little downtime. (HARD REQUIREMENT)
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Typescript
• Experience with microservices & monolithic services
• Knowledgeable about cloud architecture: AWS, GCP, & Azure

Your work will look like…

• Hands-on coding - implementing scalable systems you architect
• Multi-tasking to support other projects needing your input
• Performing daily code reviews to ensure high standards
• Weekly sprint planning with CTO & product team
• Leading engineering stand-up meetings and removing blockers
• Mentoring junior engineers to improve their skills
