This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters, including toxic tort, habitability, and environmental cases in state, federal, and administrative courts.

Qualifications:

• 1–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort, habitability, or environmental law.
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills.
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.
