Tired of 900 approvals and 70-hour work weeks? Take command of a high-growth tax practice that doubled revenue in its first six months. Construction & real estate clients, partner track, real balance.

What You’ll Tackle

Own the entire tax function for a rapidly growing tax firm.
60% review / 40% high-level planning—complex partnership structures, cost segregation, §704(b) capital.
Lead technology initiatives: optimize CCH Axcess, drive workflow automations, explore AI tools.
Serve as frontline adviser on entity structuring, multi-state strategy.
Coach managers & seniors; build training around latest legislation.
