Comp: $190,000 - $210,000

This is a compelling opportunity to work on complex cross-border disputes involving trusts, estates, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries - while building deep expertise in a high-demand area of law.

In this role, you will:

• Handle litigation matters related to trusts, estates, and fiduciary disputes.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Participate in contested and evidentiary hearings, mediations, and depositions.

• Collaborate with experienced partners and senior associates on complex and sensitive matters.

• Develop specialized knowledge in trust and estate litigation while directly impacting private clients and families.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting.

• have a genuine interest in specializing in trust and estate disputes - or preferably had some prior exposure to this area of law.

• Bring excellent research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Be a thoughtful communicator and effective collaborator.

• Be excited to grow their litigation career in a high-impact, people-focused practice.
