Sales Director – Sage Mountain Senior Living

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - On Site

Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead occupancy and outreach efforts at our vibrant senior living community. If you're a relationship-driven professional with a passion for helping families make life-changing decisions, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive occupancy by executing a strategic, relationship-based sales process
• Respond promptly and compassionately to inquiries and conduct personalized tours
• Build and nurture strong referral partnerships with local professionals and organizations
• Collaborate across departments to create seamless and memorable experiences for prospects
• Organize community events, marketing campaigns, and outreach activities
• Track sales metrics and maintain detailed records in a CRM system

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of sales experience (senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate preferred)
• Proven success in consultative, empathy-driven selling
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable navigating emotional family decisions and building trust
• Familiarity with CRM tools and local market outreach
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered

Bonus Points For:

• Existing network of local referral partners
• Experience with senior move-ins or care assessments
• Knowledge of Medicaid, LTC insurance, and related financial matters
