Human ResourcesFull-time# Talent Acquisition Partner - FieldRed Bull North AmericaMiami, United StatesRESPONSIBILITIES## Areas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with:* + Responsible for maintaining a full requisition load, executing end-to-end recruiting (profiling, process, sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating) across all Red Bull entities within respective region while following outlined processes and procedures as applicable + Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process* + Collaborate with leadership and Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to understand organizational goals and workforce planning needs + Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, TBPs, and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs + Promote transparency in the TA process by ensuring regular communication with hiring teams and members of Talent* + Adapt recruitment strategies in response to changing business needs and market conditions + Develop creative solutions to overcome recruitment challenges + Stay informed about industry trends and challenges to attract top talent* + Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform and improve talent acquisition strategies + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis + Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes* + Leverage social media platforms for employer branding and candidate outreach + Use hiring resources, provide talent context, and use networking skills to help meet talent needs + Implement strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote an inclusive hiring process- 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition with an emphasis on DEI- Knowledge of CPG a plus- Adaptable communication skills and the ability to influence and drive decision making* Travel 0-10%* Permanent* Benefits eligibleJOIN THE TEAMIn your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
