Commercial Attorney (East Coast)

The Position
Our client, a multinational software company, is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to support a 5-6 month family leave. This attorney willfocuson outbound software licensing and SaaS agreements, handling a mix of company and customer paper, including contracts with financial services clients. Ideal candidates will bring experience negotiating complex tech deals, strong communication skills, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Someone who can collaborate well with sales, push back where appropriate, and approach negotiation with a long-term partnership mindset rather than an adversarial one will be important.
The start date is 10/1 with an anticipated duration of 5-6 months. The project is for 40 hours/week and candidates can be fully remote. Candidates must be based on the East Coast .
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $105and $107. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
