Welcome to Central Maine Medical Center Pediatric Hospitalists!

We are excited for your interest and are seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join our Pediatric Hospitalist team. Our Pediatric Hospitalist Program is heavily newborn medicine focused. We manage an active well-baby nursery with approximately 900 births/year and attend deliveries as needed. We have a Level II NICU and enjoy caring for premature infants 32 weeks and older. We also have a small pediatric inpatient service and provide pediatric consultations in the ED as needed. It is a very interesting and rewarding job, especially if you enjoy caring for newborns. We pride ourselves on having current evidence-based clinical guidelines to help guide our excellent care. We will consider candidates seeking full or part time employment.

Our group enjoys having a teaching service made up of 3rd year medical students from the University of New England and 1st year family medicine residents from our own CMMC FP residency.
