Summary: Seeking an Operations CFO to lead finance and accounting activities, partnering with executive leadership. This role includes financial reporting, planning, internal controls, inventory oversight, and acquisition support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage billing, tax documentation, and internal controls.
• Analyze operational results and explain variances.
• Lead pricing efforts and margin analysis.
• Oversee profit planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance/accounting; 4+ years in leadership.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Preferred experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
