Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with over three (3+) years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. Experience must include advising public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters, as well as representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings. Experience or interest in technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred. Candidates should have superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Benefits And Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000, depending on experience and qualifications. A discretionary bonus may also be available.
