Head of Information Technology

We’re seeking an experienced, strategic Head of IT to lead the company’s technology vision, infrastructure, and operations.

This executive role is responsible for ensuring technology enables business growth, operational efficiency, data security, and an exceptional employee and client experience across the organization.

The Head of IT will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, balancing strategic innovation with operational excellence.

This leader will oversee enterprise systems, cybersecurity, vendor management, and IT service delivery while building a scalable, secure technology environment that supports our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute our enterprise IT strategy in alignment with business goals and long‑term growth objectives Provide leadership and oversight for all IT functions, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, and end‑user support Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and business continuity across all locations and remote teams Lead IT governance, risk management, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives to protect company data and systems Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and technology investments Oversee implementation, optimization, and support of core platforms (e.g., agency management systems, communications tools, collaboration platforms) Establish performance standards, service levels, and KPIs for IT operations and support services Partner with business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency, data visibility, and decision‑making Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, security, and data‑privacy requirements Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing enterprise‑level systems and infrastructure Proven experience leading IT strategy and operations within a growing or multi‑location organization Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, risk management, and disaster recovery planning Experience managing third‑party vendors, MSPs, and technology partners Demonstrated ability to align technology initiatives with business priorities Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage complex initiatives while maintaining day‑to‑day operational excellence Preferred Qualifications Experience within the insurance, financial services, or professional services industries Familiarity with agency management systems, cloud‑based infrastructure, and modern collaboration tools Background in data analytics, system integrations, or technology‑enabled process improvement Why Our Team Executive leadership role with direct impact on enterprise strategy and scalability Opportunity to modernize and shape IT capabilities in a rapidly growing organization Collaborative executive team and strong organizational support Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
