Petersburg | Winter Haven, Florida BayCare Medical Group, the region’s leading physician‑led multispecialty group, is actively recruiting Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurologists to join our well‑established practices located in Clearwater, New Port Richey and Winter Haven along with our brand‑new Manatee Health Hub location, north of Bradenton.

Opportunity Highlights by Location Bradenton – Manatee Hospital Brand‑new Manatee Health Hub location – an innovative outpatient facility scheduled to open in Summer 2026 , marking BayCare’s expansion into this dynamic new market.
The 45,000 square‑foot facility will be housed on the campus of BayCare’s newest hospital – BayCare Hospital Manatee , a 154‑bed facility open in 2028.
Seeking a General Neurologist to see patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Candidates with subspecialty training are also welcome.
Introducing neurology services ahead of the hospital opening provides valuable time to build a community presence.
Tele‑neurology available (no stroke call).
Primary care and specialty services, plus ancillary lab and imaging services including 3T MRI, X‑ray, CT, PET CT, mammography, DEXA and ultrasound.
St.
Petersburg – St.
Anthony’s Hospital Join a large collegial team of diverse subspecialized board certified neurologists, including 2 Neuromuscular neurologists.
Inpatient support includes two neurohospitalists and two advanced practice providers.
Immediate volume available due to the retirement of a neurologist with a large Neuromuscular Medicine practice.
Neuromuscular subspecialty strongly preferred.
In‑office EMG equipment with experienced technician.
Weekly MDA clinic in St.
Petersburg (established 1994).
New Port Richey – North Bay Hospital Collaborative, experienced team of two neurologists with an existing primary care referral base.
Open to both general neurology and subspecialties.
Research and teaching opportunities available.
Clearwater – Morton Plant Hospital Collaborative team of two neurologists and a nurse practitioner.
Broad mix of general neurology, dementia, memory loss, and movement disorders.
Subspecialty interests supported and encouraged.
Interdisciplinary collaboration with neuropsychologists, neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists, and neurohospitalists.
Research opportunities through BayCare’s Neuroscience Institute .
Located in a vibrant coastal city with top‑tier hospitals and an active patient population.
Winter Haven – Winter Haven Hospital Outpatient‑based clinic with inpatient consults at Winter Haven Hospital.
Excellent opportunity for a graduating resident or an experienced neurologist focused on program building.
Support from a large established health system and access to BayCare system services (radiology, interventional radiology, etc.).
Exciting opportunity to start and grow this newly created program with strong administrative support.
Strong referral base from the BayCare system of primary care providers, hospice, and specialists.
Rapidly expanding community with a robust primary care referral network and significant growth potential.
Ideal for new graduates or experienced neurologists seeking autonomy and impact in a community setting.
Qualifications Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology.
Fellowship training in Neuromuscular, Movement Disorders, Memory Disorders, or Neurophysiology welcomed.
Florida medical license or eligibility.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
