Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership across all initiatives under SEMCOG Cares Oversee fundraising, grants, and philanthropic partnerships Build relationships with community partners, universities, health systems, and government orgs Lead cross‑functional collaboration with SEMCOG Technologies and Auralen.ai product teams Represent SEMCOG Cares publicly with authenticity, compassion, and innovation Recruit and support a high‑performing advisory board and operations team Manage financial oversight, compliance, and long‑term sustainability Qualifications 10+ years of nonprofit leadership or social impact experience Proven experience with fundraising, grant writing, and/or corporate philanthropy Deep understanding of inclusive tech, digital equity, or disability advocacy Strong executive presence and stakeholder relationship skills Startup and/or AI ecosystem familiarity a major plus Commitment to SEMCOG’s mission of “Tech for Impact.
