Financials
Control shrink, expenses and payroll. 5.
In-stocks
Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, and presentations; ensure selling floor is stocked within district. 6.
Competitive Sales
Comparison shop, report results, share information with VP, and adjust prices. 7.
Goals and Objectives
Review district/store trends and recommend/implement changes for maximizing goals. 8.
Policies and Procedures
Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. 9.

Evaluate and react to performance issues; actively recruit for all levels. 10.

Train and develop high performing team members. 11.
Cleanliness
Ensure store is clean, welcoming, and meets company standards.
To land this opportunity you must have a high school diploma or GED, 5 years retail and/or restaurant experience and 2 years in a leadership role.
In addition, complete our training program, be a tremendous person, and be food safety certified.

Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing all day.
Frequently lift or move items over 50 pounds.
Requires close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus.
Travel Less than 5% to help out sister stores or attend trainings.
