As a Venture Partner, you will

Source and refer promising startups and investor leads that align with Initio Capital’s ecosystem.

Leverage your network to introduce founders, angel investors, and syndicate partners.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and warm introductions.

Represent Initio Capital within your professional and industry network.

This role is remote, flexible, and outcomes-driven — ideal for experienced operators, advisors, founders, and investors seeking meaningful upside without a full-time commitment.
