Description Garzor Insurance is looking for a dedicated Health and Wellness Director to join our team remotely.

As the Health and Wellness Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyles and improve overall well-being.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with our company’s mission in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees and clients Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make recommendations for improvements Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings Conduct health assessments and provide individualized wellness plans Organize workshops and seminars on various health-related topics Monitor trends in health and wellness to ensure programs are up-to-date Manage a budget for health and wellness initiatives Promote a culture of health and wellness within the organization Requirements Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field 5+ years of experience in health and wellness program management Strong understanding of health promotion and disease prevention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness Proficiency in developing engaging presentations and training materials Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
