What You’ll Do As a Materials Research Scientist , you will
Develop nanocomposites, sol-gels, and hybrid coatings for AR optics Innovate in waveguide materials including liquid crystals & holographic systems Lead thin-film deposition and coating processes for nanoscale optical components Collaborate with cross-functional teams in optics, photonics, and nanofabrication Apply SEM, TEM, XRD, XPS and advanced metrology to analyze materials Drive external collaborations with vendors and research partners Who Succeeds Here The ideal candidate brings
