Senior Electrical Project Manager

Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Commercial Electrical Contractor based in San Francisco, CA.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial electrical projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at leading projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout Oversee project financials, including cost tracking, change orders, forecasting, and billing Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal field teams Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Review plans, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and scope Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Qualifications 10+ years of experience managing commercial electrical construction projects Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project controls Accubid experience is a plus OSHPD (healthcare) project experience is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with project management and estimating software Salary
