What You’ll Do Lead with compassion and purpose as the nursing leader on staff, ensuring residents receive the right level of care tailored to their needs.

Complete and update annual and change‑of‑condition assessments.

Coordinate care

physician orders, appointments, labs, prescriptions, and ancillary services.

Build strong relationships with residents and families by hosting care conferences and providing ongoing support.

Support and guide your team

interviewing, training, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring coverage that supports both residents and staff well‑being.

Champion wellness by weaving health programs into daily life and programming.

Collaborate with leadership to address challenges, celebrate successes, and continually improve the resident experience.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications & Experience Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required, in good standing, in the state of employment. 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Experience with electronic medical database. 1 year experience in an Assisted Living setting.

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently.

Possible exposure to chemicals, blood‑borne pathogens and other communicable diseases.

Sits, stands, bends and moves intermittently during working hours.

Is subject to frequent interruptions.

Interacts with residents, family members and visitors frequently.
