Senior Assistant Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $20.90 to $21.15, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services.

Support the Store Manager in overall store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.

Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory control per Company policies.

Qualifications Minimum age 18.

Physical demands

more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Work schedule

up to 38 hours per week.
