Renewable Energy / Solar We’ve partnered with a rapidly growing solar technology company that’s expanding its operations and launching a new business unit.
They’re looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality initiatives and serve as the technical voice for their commercial customer base.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities Act as the primary quality representative in direct communications with commercial customers, including on-site support Investigate and resolve field quality issues related to solar products Lead root cause analysis and develop CAPA plans with cross-functional teams Oversee product returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints Analyze field performance data to identify trends and drive improvements Support customer audits and qualification processes Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders Stay current on industry and regulatory standards for solar systems Qualifications Certified Quality Auditor (CQA or equivalent) Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) Minimum 2 years of quality engineering or supervisory experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Passion for renewable energy and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
