Base pay range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr Team Lead | Enterprise Talent Services @ Motion Recruitment Our client, a leader in financial software , is hiring a Change Management/Program Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA!

This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays As the Change Management/Program Manager , you will ensure smooth transitions , minimize disruption , and maximize the benefits of change across the organization for key Enterprise Security-related initiatives.

Responsibilities

Data Lake PII Encryption

Develop a vision and case for change, stakeholder map and analysis, key personas, impact analysis, and initial plans for stakeholder alignment, care readiness, education, and communications.

Security & Compliance Program Support

Assist with impact analysis, communication, and care readiness for security programs.

Data Acceptable Use Policy Messaging

Develop effective strategies and messaging to reinforce the Data Acceptable Use Policy, address employee concerns regarding increased security measures, and partner with other teams to promote approved alternatives.

Change Management Tools and Processes

Develop and implement tools and processes to accelerate change management activities and ensure a consistent change experience.

Desired Skills

Ability to conduct impact analysis and stakeholder mapping .

Understanding of data security and compliance concepts .

Ability to develop and implement change management tools and processes .
