Fire Alarm Service Division Manager
Job Description
Topa Group is partnered with a Fire Protection company in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex that is looking for a Service Manager to lead the Dallas service division by overseeing inspections, maintenance (ITM), and emergency repairs for commercial life safety systems.
You will manage P&L, optimize service scheduling, and lead a team of licensed technicians to ensure regional growth and code compliance.
Key Responsibilities Operations
Manage daily service workflows, labor forecasting, and division P&L.
Leadership
Hire, train, and mentor technicians; maintain a proactive safety culture.
Compliance
Ensure all work meets NFPA 72 and Texas state fire codes.
Client Relations
Manage service contracts and act as the primary point of contact for North Texas accounts.
Requirements Experience
10+ years in fire alarm systems; 5+ years in management.
Certification
NICET Level III or IV preferred (Level II minimum).
Skills
