Job Summary
As SVP of Growth, Technology Services, you will serve as a key member of the technology services leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO of Technology Services.
Your mission will be to define, evolve, and execute a technology‑led go‑to‑market strategy that drives revenue growth across strategic clients.
This is a front‑line revenue role — ideal for a visionary who combines deep technical knowledge with commercial savvy and consultative influence.

Define and evolve differentiated, high‑impact solution offerings aligned with market demand and client transformation a gendas.Accelerate Revenue Growth
Partner with sales, marketing, and practices to drive pipeline growth, solution qualification, and pursuit strategy — including direct involvement in top enterprise pu rsuits.Client Executive Engagement
Act as a trusted technology advisor to CxOs of key accounts; represent Toptal in thought leadership forums, webinars, and executive bri efings.Solution Innovation
Champion the continuous refinement of our solution portfolio in collaboration with practice leads; ensure offerings stay ahead of market trends in AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise integ ration.Deal Shaping & Architecture Oversight
Oversee early solution design and proposal development to ensure technical and commercial win themes align with client needs and Toptal’s delivery capabi lities.Internal Leadership
Drive alignment across technology and delivery teams; mentor solution architects, delivery, and pursuits core team members across pursuits and de livery.Market Sensing & Thought Leadership
Represent Toptal’s point of view on emerging technology trends; publish thought pieces, engage in client workshops, and guide GTM enab Qualifications and Job Requirements rements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field p referred.10+ years of experience in enterprise technology services, with 5+ years in an executive consulting servi ces role.Proven track record of directly influencing $25M+ in annual revenue through consultative sales and strategic sol utioning.Strong executive presence with experience in C-level client engagement, ideally across multiple v erticals.Deep technical expertise across at least two of the following
Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Application Int egration.Experience building and leading pre‑sales and/or solutioning teams in a high‑growth services env ironment.Strong understanding of modern delivery models including agile, DevSecOps, managed services, and global delivery.Demonstrated ability to translate emerging technology trends into sellable, scalable service o fferings.Prior experience collaborating with sales and marketing on demand generation campaigns and pipeline acce leration.Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable representing Toptal at industry events and executiv e forums.Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward experimentation, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional colla boration.Experience at a high‑growth consulting firm or global systems in tegrator.Recognized thought leader in one or more of
GenAI/LLMs, cybersecurity transformation, cloud‑native architecture, or industry‑specific tech en ablement.Background in P&L ownership or direct accountability for business unit financial per formance.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proposals and prese ntations.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.Regular or periodic travel to meet and engage with Toptal clients and customers both inside and outside of your geographic location.You must be a world‑class individual contributor to thrive at Toptal.
