Director of Information Technology

We’re seeking a hands‑on IT Infrastructure leader to drive the integration and standardization of multiple acquired environments into a unified, secure platform.

This is not a purely strategic role — we’re looking for someone who has personally led system integrations, worked within infrastructure environments, and enforced security/compliance standards.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Adhering to SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements Leading end‑to‑end IT integration of newly acquired entities (systems, networks, vendors) Consolidating and standardizing infrastructure across multiple environments Managing and holding multiple MSPs accountable for execution and delivery Driving cloud and hybrid infrastructure strategy (AWS/Azure + on‑prem) Enforcing security, compliance, and documentation standards across all systems Required Experience (Must‑Have)

Direct experience leading IT integrations in acquisition‑driven or multi‑entity environments Strong, hands‑on background in infrastructure, networking, and systems integration Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple MSPs and external vendors Hands‑on experience with SOC 2 Type II compliance (required — not theoretical exposure) Experience aligning environments to NIST or similar security frameworks Ability to work both strategically and in the weeds — this role is not hands‑off This Role is NOT a Fit If You

Have only worked in a single, stable IT environment Are primarily focused on helpdesk or end‑user support Have not been directly involved in system or infrastructure integrations Do not have hands‑on SOC 2 / security compliance experience Prefer purely strategic leadership roles without execution Why This Role
