MMC), operates the Actuarial Practice which manages property and casualty, life and annuity, and healthcare risks.
Responsibilities Contribute to a cohesive executive team to drive the business forward.
Oversee strategic business programs and initiatives from ideation to implementation.
Own and create a strategic product roadmap aligned with guiding principles.
Manage project backlog, define sprint objectives, and manage risks and dependencies.
Serve as link between steering committee requests and team activities.
Prepare updates, sprint reviews, weekly reports, and presentations for Steering Committee and sponsors.
Collaborate with executive members to prioritize strategies and recommend actions.
Identify and facilitate discussion of meeting outcomes, agendas, and actions.
Track progress toward goals, manage communications, and solve problems.
Provide insight and analysis to senior leaders on initiatives.
Assess risks and provide support for special projects.
Recommend organizational improvements.

Experience Required Bachelor’s degree and/or actuarial credentials. 10+ years in senior or C‑suite level role.
Strong leadership in inspiring and mentoring staff.
Proven record of leading and managing teams and delivering on tight deadlines.
Experience managing complex projects from ideation to completion.
Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to handle highly confidential and business‑critical issues.
Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
Ability to foster a culture of inclusiveness, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Travel as needed to support business.
Experience building presentations for Boards or senior leadership.
Prior management of internal/external communications for senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to build trust at the highest levels.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range
$175,000 – $200,000.
Eligibility for performance‑based incentives.
