Aesthetic Injector (RN / NP / PA)

Beauté Paris is a physician-led boutique med spa and wellness practice serving the Bee Cave and Lakeway area with a more refined approach to rejuvenation, one that is subtle, elegant, and restorative.

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN / NP / PA) to join our practice in a foundational clinical role.

This position is designed for an injector who wants to deliver natural, elevated results, build strong patient continuity, and become the primary provider for injectable patients within a supported, physician‑led environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician whose aesthetic style is rooted in restraint, harmony, and long‑term facial integrity rather than trend‑driven outcomes.

As the practice grows, this role offers the opportunity to build a loyal returning book while helping uphold the clinical and aesthetic standard of the injectable category.

About the Role Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness Austin, Texas Part-time | W-2 | On-site You will work within an established boutique practice with front‑desk scheduling support, defined clinical protocols, and medical oversight, while maintaining a high degree of day‑to‑day autonomy in patient care and treatment planning.

Schedule

Part‑time to start, 2 to 3 days per week Compensation

$45.00 to $55.00 per hour, plus commission Employment Type

W-2 Responsibilities Conduct aesthetic consultations and create individualized treatment plans Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with a natural, refined aesthetic Incorporate regenerative and biostimulatory approaches where appropriate, including Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF, and PRP Educate patients on long‑term facial aging, skin quality, and full‑face treatment planning Collaborate with ownership and medical leadership on protocols, safety standards, inventory planning, and patient experience Help maintain the aesthetic philosophy and clinical consistency of the practice as the injectable category grows Qualifications Active Texas RN, APRN, or PA license in good standing Minimum 2 years of hands‑on aesthetic injection experience Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required Strong consultation skills and sound clinical judgment Ability to work independently within established protocols Aesthetic sensibility that favors longevity, subtlety, and tissue integrity over overfilled or trend‑based results Professional warmth, maturity, and ability to build trust with a discerning patient population Portfolio of before‑and‑after work required, whether via Instagram or a professional gallery What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation plus commission Paid time for training, charting, and clinical collaboration Malpractice coverage Employee benefits and practice perks based on role and eligibility The opportunity to practice within a physician‑led, luxury environment centered on intention, artistry, and clinical excellence To Apply Please apply with your resume and a portfolio of your work, which may include before‑and‑after photographs and/or a professional Instagram page.
