Vice President of Production
Job Description
The Vice President of Production is an executive leadership role responsible for building, leading, and scaling the company’s Integration function for all integrated equipment builds.
Reporting to the COO/CFO, this position unifies project management, quality control, electrical, and production integration teams into a high-performing organization that consistently delivers complex equipment systems on time, within budget, and to specification.
The role is instrumental in establishing the strategic vision, structure, and long-term roadmap for the Integration department while ensuring alignment across operations, engineering, and production functions.
This leader will design and implement scalable processes, organizational structures, and performance standards that drive operational excellence and predictable project execution.
The Vice President of Production oversees all integration activities from engineering release through final shipment and commissioning, ensuring strong cross‑functional coordination and adherence to quality and safety standards.
The role includes developing key performance indicators, leading continuous improvement initiatives, reducing rework and warranty risk, and building and mentoring a high‑performing leadership team.
The position also plays a critical role in fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution while serving as a key member of the executive leadership team.
Qualifications and Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10–13 years of progressive leadership experience within industrial manufacturing environments, including demonstrated success leading cross‑functional teams responsible for production, quality, and project execution.
Candidates must exhibit strong operational and strategic leadership capabilities, expertise in process improvement and performance management, and the ability to drive organizational change in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented manufacturing settings.
