A brokerage is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer / US Head of Compliance to lead its regulatory framework as the firm continues to expand its US operations.
The Role Lead and oversee the US compliance program for the business.
Act as the primary liaison with US regulators.
Build and maintain policies across AML/KYC, surveillance, onboarding, and governance.
Partner with senior leadership and global teams to scale a robust compliance framework.
