General Manager of Food & Beverage CCI

We’re seeking a dynamic, hands‑on General Manager of Food & Beverage (Charley Creek Inn).

This role oversees a diverse portfolio

including Twenty Restaurant, Green Hat Lounge, the Ice Cream & Candy Shoppe, Wine & Cheese Bar, and seasonal rooftop and terrace experiences—ensuring each outlet delivers exceptional guest service and strong financial performance.

From leading daily operations to elevating the overall guest experience, this leader will also support catering, events, and sales initiatives while upholding Honeywell’s high standards for hospitality and operational excellence.

As a key member of the leadership team, the General Manager will help shape the strategic direction and continued evolution of food and beverage experiences across the property as it further integrates with Honeywell.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a similar role (or an equivalent combination of education and experience), along with a passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
